It’s official! We received our invitation to the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo’s World Championship BBQ Contest 2023. It’s time to get in shape by burning some fat! The Slow Cookers at Play have been hard at work in the offseason to prepare for the big event. The boys have been busy customizing our trailer and reconstructing our smoker. We have smoked a lot of meat over the past 10 years, and it was time for an upgrade! Our new donor forms are available, and we will be reaching out to our past donors to reserve your invitations for 2023. Please return your intent to participate in this year’s event, as soon as possible. Final payments are due no later than January 10th, 2023. Early payments are always appreciated and guarantee you’ll be able to join in the fun. We have limited availability, and our donor packages sell out quickly. We hope to see you February 24th and 25th, 2023!
